At BizPoint, we are so sure of the quality of our products, that if your not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return it for a full refund. Just contact our customer service department within 30 days of delivery of the product(s) and we will cheerfully refund the price of the purchase(s) in question, excluding shipping and handling costs.
BizPoint not only takes great care in the production of each order, but we take great pride in our commitment to you, our customer. Unfortunately, there can be circumstances beyond our control and as such we cannot be held responsible for the following:
- Design errors introduced by the customer in the document personalization process
- Low-resolution or inferior quality of up-loaded images
- Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors made by the customer
- Errors in user-selected options such as quantity, product type or choice of finish
We request that all customers carefully review your designs and order details for even minor mistakes during the proofing process, prior to approving your order for production. BizPoint makes every effort to reduce costs to the customer, therefore, BizPoint will not proof documents personalized by customers, only those completely designed by BizPoint staff.
